Please complete and submit the form below. You will receive an email confirming your pre-registration. We’ll verify the information provided and contact you within 1-2 business days to answer any questions and accept a credit card for your deposit.

Classes consist of: 15 two-hour LIVE ONLINE classes and 10 vehicle appointments & 4 ZED virtual drives. Please allow two weeks after the last date of class for your student to complete drives, homework and tests.

Upon completion of the course you will receive a “Completion” email stating the amount of class/driving hours student attended. Full completion will be uploaded directly to the state Department of Licensing when all nds requirements are met.

Here at nds we strive for excellence! We want your student to achieve the highest level of Traffic Safety. With this in mind, here are some policies & guidelines we follow in order to provide your student with superior education.
• We believe driving is a privilege and students must earn their privilege. With this in mind, we have developed a curriculum that entails homework & tests every lesson of which they must pass; with an additional 9-lesson assignment having consequences for its non-completion or tardiness. Organ donorship will be discussed.
• The Dept. of Licensing requires students to attend all 30 hours of classroom instruction; therefore our students are required to attend all 15 classes as scheduled. Students are allowed to makeup 1 scheduled class throughout the duration of their course, which cannot be Class #1. Students arriving to class 5+ minutes late, without homework or incomplete homework and/or leaving early will not be allowed to attend that class and will be required to make that class up UNLESS this is their 2nd or 3rd class missed then the student will be removed from the class permanently with no refunds issued at the sole discretion of nds. Make up classes are at another time & location involving travel to a different city and are not considered part of the basic package incurring an additional $15.
• Students must make a commitment to nds and their driving partner to be available to complete all driving appointments & classes in a timely manner. All students are responsible for scheduling & canceling their own drives. Please have your student prepared with the upcoming family schedule so they are able to do this without any conflicts. If there is a conflict with a scheduled drive, please cancel 48 hours prior to scheduled drive time. Doing so will allow us to properly adjust our schedules. If you are unable to personally cancel 48 hours prior to scheduled drive, there will be a $35 fee for each drive 2-5 & 8-11, and a $55 fee for drive 1, 6, 7 & 12.
• In the event that your student’s driving partner does not show for a driving appointment your student will be asked to perform the drive individually with the instructor or reschedule without a fee with their driving partner.
• If for any reason during attendance of the course, another commitment needs to take precedence over Traffic Safety Education, we are able to pull your student from the course to re-enroll with a different course. They will be required to complete all lessons & drives, including lessons they have already done. The fee for this depends on how far your student has completed in the course & drives. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible for a complete schedule of costs.
• All class work, driving, fees & materials must be completed and returned within three weeks of classroom session end date, or is considered non-complete. Non-Completion results in student to retake the course in its entirety, including paying all fees.
• This package includes 10 driving appointments (scheduled separately from classes) of which the 10th appointment is an evaluation that each student must pass. If they do not pass, Drive #11 & #12 is mandatory & included in this package. Drive #13 and beyond may also be required but are billable at $50 for an hour drive and may require parental attendance.
• Due to the seriousness of the subject-matter taught, we expect students to conduct themselves as responsible adults anytime they are on our premises.
• nds is not responsible/liable for student/parent actions on or off premises, before, during or after class or drives.
• Disciplinary actions may include higher testing standards, added homework & removal from class or drive session with all additional consequences incurred.
• Due to class capacity & drive schedules, the $135 deposit is non-refundable. No refunds, including final payments, are issued on or after Class #1, whether the student attended or not. Failure to attend Class #1 has a $50 registration fee and requires the student to choose a new class. To change from a chosen class session to a different session before the first day of class is $25. All un-applied registrations and funds held longer than 9 months are voided, non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Each location has other businesses that need our cooperation. While dropping off or picking up, be cautious of where you park. There are signs clearly posted for their customers. nds is not responsible for towing or fees.
Parent involvement is strongly encouraged! If space is available, ride-along for any driving appointment!
