Forms

We use the Gravity Forms plugin to manage form submissions. The information is sent as email messages that only a select few are allowed to access. The information is also stored in the database on our hosting server for backup and later reference purposes. HostGator hosts this website.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (such as maps). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

This website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in the U.S. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. northwest driving school, inc. uses reports by Google Analytics so we can better understand website traffic and usage.

Who we share your data with

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile or information provided via the form. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Backups of website files and/or database are created and stored locally on the server and/or remotely on 3rd party servers. Archives can include, but are not limited to, file and database assets, including hashed passwords, 3rd party data, uploads and user information. Backup zip files are stored with hashed file names to prevent filename guessing and directory browsing is disabled.
